We ship across India and to select international destinations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotions.
3. Delivery Time & Charges
Within India: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
5. Delays & Responsibilities
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
Email vdbtrends@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide the return address.
Ship the item at your expense (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
